If you're streaming on Twitch and the stream you want to watch is partnered with your favorite streamer, there will be a link on the page that streamers can send to their viewers. When someone clicks that link, the streamer's viewers will be redirected to their channel instead of the normal URL of the target channel.
In order to do that, it'll add a parameter to the URL, and then you can send the URL to your friends. This can cause some issues, because Twitch doesn't count your views in their stream stats, even if the streamer is partnered with you.
So, if you're the streamer, you can get credit for all your views if your friends click the clean link.
